Cooking together in a pleasant atmosphere in one of the most extraordinary restaurants on our Riviera is truly a unique and exciting experience.

Portofino Coast offers the most entertaining cooking school available in a real country restaurant located a short distance from the sea, where you can rediscover the aromas and flavours of traditional Ligurian cuisine, revisited with imagination.

In a cheerful and colourful setting, surrounded by an exceptional collection of original drawings by the world’s most famous cartoonists, and under the attentive and engaging guidance of one of the most original chefs on the Portofino Coast, you will cook the most delicious and inviting dishes of Ligurian cuisine: vegetable flans, pastas, breads, sauces, soups, mushrooms. Depending on the season, ingredients and recipes will be chosen from time to time, to spend a morning in industrious cheer.

At the end, when bread and focaccia are baked, we will get down to business, in the company of a good bottle of chilled white wine.
