Team Building Nature

In a unique location, immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian Mountains that plunge into the sea, in the shade of olive trees and with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Tigullio, two new Team Building Nature formats are born. An opportunity to live an unforgettable experience together with one’s corporate team, in which to enter a completely new space of confrontation, where participants will first and foremost be invited to recognise themselves as human beings, even before being colleagues and professionals. Torre San Gioachino, in San Lorenzo della Costa, near Santa Margherita Ligure, is the magical place where you can be inspired by Nature and experience together with us practices and activities on central topics in the organisational field, such as listening, emotional intelligence, trust, psychological safety and creativity, but not only.

NATURAL TEAM CONNECTION – FORMAT 1

An experiential team building mainly focused on two key themes
Nature, Listening and Trust, which participants will experience through various individual practices
or group and facilitation sessions led by experienced professionals.

NATURAL TEAM CONNECTION – FORMAT 2

A full day during which corporate team members will be able to experience even more deeply at least three of the five principles behind the Team Building Natura project: Listening (to self, other and the environment), Emotional Intelligence and Creativity.

A full immersion in which moments of practice and activities in Nature will alternate with facilitation sessions led by experienced trainers to enable the team to gain full awareness of their experiences during the day.
