Covim was founded in 1991 from the merger of two historic coffee roasters that had been spreading coffee culture in Genoa since the early 1900s. Over the years, the company has developed a deep connection with its customers, understanding their consumption habits and the needs of the markets they serve. This knowledge has led to the creation of three distinct product lines, each with its own unique characteristics: Bar Line – Vending Line – Large-Scale Retail Line.
