The Cooperativa Casearia Val di Vara was established in the upper Val di Vara, known as ‘The Organic Valley’ for its over 2000 hectares of certified organic meadows and pastures.

The Ancient cheese-making recipes have been integrated with modern food technology to ensure maximum quality and authenticity. All products are free of dyes and/or chemical preservatives.
